Funny Fruit DC Travel PTSD
Here is my first attempt at Video Blogging. Warning: the camera is a bit shaky sometimes.
Do you know the name of this fruit? Please leave a comment.
I saw your YouTube channel although I'm not a subscriber, great job! Keep them up! Also, for some reason it's not letting me comment on your video but this is what I am trying to comment:
My Dad just told me what it was! It's known as an 'Osage Orange.' Here is what he said: "it is from the Bois d' Arc tree also known as the Osage Orange. Indians used the wood for bows. Fruit is inedible." Here is the entry on Wikipedia about it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maclura_pomifera
Thanks Anonymous! I appreciate the honesty. However I still don't know what the fruit is. I'm guessing you don't know either.
ReplyDeleteMaybe my future video blogs will be up to your standards :)
